Electric motor power is provided by UQM®PowerPhase® 100 manufactured in Colorado. The UQM®PowerPhase® 100 electric propulsion system delivers 100 kilowatts (134 horsepower) of peak power, 300 newton meters (221 pound feet) of peak torque and a peak system efficiency of 94%, all in a small 280 millimeter (11 inch) diameter by 252 millimeter (10 inch) long package.

The transaxle is a Borg-Warner Gear Reduction, also USA produced. A Lear 6.6 kW charging system is standard as well as the Alpine Navigation system. It has a stated range of 125 miles (depending on terrain, climate and other factors) and charging is easy with either the included 120V home charger or for the 240V Level 2 charging station.
